📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Butlers Pantry, we take pride in packing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it’s processed immediately—so we’re unable to accommodate requests for delayed or custom delivery dates.

If you require insurance for your shipment, please let us know in advance so we can adjust your shipping fee accordingly.

Canada Shipping

Dispatch Schedule

  • Orders ship Monday to Friday before noon.
  • Expect slight delays during peak periods like holidays or Black Friday.
  • In case of Canada Post service disruptions, we’ll use express or alternate carriers.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping within 10 km of our Location in Elmvale

Shipping fee of $8.00 within 11-20 km of our location in Elmvale 

  • Orders under $150 CAD are subject to a flat rate of $16 CAD.
  • Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD to a single address within one Canadian province.

Sending Gifts to Multiple Addresses

  • You can send gifts to multiple recipients in one order.
  • Free shipping applies per shipment, not to the total order value.
  • Each shipment must meet the $150 minimum to qualify for free shipping.
  • Shipments under $150 will incur the $16 flat rate.

Exceptions

  • Free shipping is not available for Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.
  • Discounted shipping rates are offered for these regions.

Delivery Date Disclaimer

  • We do our best to deliver promptly, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

🎁 E-Gift Certificates

  • E-Gift Certificates are delivered electronically and have no shipping or handling fees.
  • If combined with physical products under $150 CAD, the $16 flat rate will apply to the product portion.

🇺🇸 United States Shipping

  • Discounted shipping rates are available to U.S. addresses.
  • Free shipping is not offered for U.S. orders.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total.
  • Butlers Pantry is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred upon delivery.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the U.S.
